Yep, me too! NO polyester-type fabrics, nothing slinky or silky (which I still love the look of.) This is because they make me cold - even in July. I just stopped wearing turtlenecks a weeks ago, and am still in a jacket/sweater, unless I'm in the car in the sun. No, I'm not in Greenland or Alaska! Strange, I know!
And nothing form-fitting at all. Most of the year, I find baggy corduroys to be the most comfortable, and cotton, long-sleeved t-shirts or, again, turtlenecks.
Summer is more of a challenge. I'm not baring my thighs or upper arms, so to find lighter-weight stuff that covers these up is really hard. (Of course, if it gets REALLY hot, I don't care...) I love second-hand stores because I'm cheap, but it's so hard on my body to push apart the packed-tight clothes on the LONG racks. (sigh) Can't anything just be easy? Aging is hard enough, but adding fibro just makes it that much harder.
I think some Alfred Dunner clothes are nice-looking, and they tend to run a little looser than a lot of brands. But it seems like they're being phased out in some places.
