Take a pellet and drop it into the thingy, then snap the lid. He says 'Aren't you supposed to take the plastic wrapper off first?' Huh?
Yes, there is a thin blue plastic wrapper on the 'pellet'. I have been running the machine without soap for two weeks...caked to the back of the dishwasher I find several hunks of melted plastic with the 'pellet' still in tact. Now, I have been buying Electrosol Quantam forever and it never had a wrapper on it before. What's up with these manufacturers always trying to make products 'New and Improved? Fibromites are creatures of habit and if something is easy and works...we just go into auto pilot and do our thing.
Bottom line...It's not my fault...just sayin'.
