uhhhh..lost my ...orange?????

 picked up an orange to eat yesteday morning..AND JUST PLAIN LOST IT!!!!  I know i didnt eat it. i ran out of time, ride to the docs was early. i have looked every where and can not find that silly thing anywhere.     i just KNOW there is tihs black hole that moves aound my apt swallowing up things i lay down if i had a family i could blaim them but i live alone. oh well i well just set hereiin my fibrofog orangeless (it was the last 1) and eat a banana

Did you check the vehicle you rode to the doc's in?

Check the freezer.  We tend to put many things in the freezer!  LOL  Especially car keys!  tongue

You might of thrown it away in the garbage...I once found my keys in there along with a chip clip and potato peeler. turn

I agree with you, Kittietta ~ there is some kind of other dimension where things go when they want to hide from you. 
My family rolls their eyes when I talk about this, but some day - oh, some day - it will be proven!  idea

In the meantime, I hope you find your orange while it's still good.

Trashcan, check. Bathroom counter, check. Cabinet, check, fridge/freezer, check.

My most recent loss is the lid of one of my prescriptions. I usually put all my pills in the lid,and take them that way. I apparently put the lid down someplace and nowcannot find it. It'sbeen three days now.

Hugs to all and yes always the freezer and garbage are best places to look ,i found things numerous times here that were not suppose to be and i have no memmory of putting them their. :) Hugs kitteta hope you find the orange soon.

If it's any consolation, on top of Fibro-fog I also have a cat that steals from me. She's stolen my teeth (partial plate) twice, my glasses once, and half a bowl of oatmeal once and many many small things. If she can get hold of it, she tries to steal it.

Happens here a lot. we have 5 small dogs so the first thing i do, is look for pieces of whatever i have lost. Esp under tables or chairs. My desk is usu the 2nd. everything seems to head there. Good luck.

I am so glad that I am not the only one that loses things. But in my house it is the Gremlins that steal them.And lately they are being very mean to me.

If it makes you feel better I accidentally threw my car keys to the chickens today with their feed and couldn't find them for 20 minutes. They didn't think they were tasty, luckily. turn

I once lost my wig for three weeks. Took it off & it was gone! Had to wear my 'dress up' wig until I found it.
