Epstein Barr .....

My fibro symptoms were getting worse, I was getting this rash and I could not figure out what it was, so then I started feeling so bad I had to go to the hospital. They take blood and come right back and tell me that I have Mono. I'm like are you sure???? (Because I had it when I was 16) and they said, yes...you hav, e it again.

So, I have been sleeping like crazy and t!!!he dreams are very vivid and wicked. I'm trying to hang in there but it aint easy

So sorry! Are they saying this resurfaced because you were run-down or something? I guess it's like Meg said - rest and more rest.

Did you know that it is estimated that 95% of us have the Epstein Barr virus in us but it hasn't raised it's ugly head?  It just is making it's home in our bodies.  Some people will get sick from it and others won't.

 

It's kind of like the virus that causes shingles.  If we have had chicken pox, we have that virus still in us.  Then, years later, some people develop shingles from it but others don't.
