Hi Anna Lynn,
Yes, I experience dizziness on occassion, esp. if I overdo it for the day. To tell you the truth most of my flares start like that, dizziness, feeling off balance, etc. Thankfully I don't get flares to often. It's a scary feeling. I am 39 and I was diagnosed about 2 years ago. I am not working anymore and filed for disability. Since I have stayed home and really paced myself my fibro is "sleeping" more now lol. I just have to tip toe and try hard not to wake the monster up.
I know a few weeks ago my hubby and I went fishing for maybe a few hours. The next day I had a flare and woke up dizzy! As soon as I rolled over in the bed I felt dizzy. I got up and took some pain meds and muscle relaxer and laid down for an hour or so and it got better.
I have heard alot of people say they get dizzy too...but the "off balance" feeling makes me look drunk, and I don't even drink lol.
Take care
Karen
