Guess what?

I am flaring, my fingers feel like they are about to break off, my back well it's a whole new joy of experiences. I am trying to think of one spot that does not hurt, even my eyeballs are dry and itchy. I know what I need rest, de-stress, rest. I am going to soak in the community centre hot tub today. I will be using my walker and watching myself closely so no falls allowed.

The soak was fabulous I really need a hot tub at home. Everything is relaxed life is good. Now flare flare go away. Please. I could not remember the ages of my grandsons at the centre so my 7yr old said he was 6 so he had to follow the rules for 3to 6yr olds he was so mad, lol, guess next time he will remember. Lol. I tried a little bouncing and stretching in the pool sure felt good I wonder why my surgeon said no pool yet?

Another day of flaring, I know I will not be going anywhere today already. Well Abe to bed if this rolling ship feeling does not stop. My head is full my ears are plugged I really hate fibro, my entire body hurts so badly.

I wnt to physio this morning my grandson were with me the youngest called the suction cup machine the pukey machine because as soon as it started I had to start holding back vomiting. I hurt so badly I should not have done this with my flare being so bad.
