So tired after work at the moment, I can't find the energy to do anything else. I'm learning how to balance activity and rest in order to manage my fibro as I've only recently been diagnosed. Generally able to do this fairly well but some busy times in work mean its harder to maintain the balance.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips to help with the fatigue side of fibro? Usually find caffine helps in the short term to give me a bit of a boost and to keep me going for a short while but would like to know if anyone has any better suggestions or is it just a matter of accepting that my body needs the rest?
Any suggestions/ personal experiences would be useful.
