Can someone share some good exercises for the legs and feet?
I know Sherrine has some great ones posted on fibro 101, which I'm already doing, but I guess I'm looking for some which also help the 'whole' leg, if that makes sense.
I have very rigid feet, likely due to my neuro problem. I have to laugh when I see an exercise where you pick up a cloth with your toes--my toes really hate to bend at ALL! I try to keep them flexible, though, but find it impossible to pick up anything with them. They just don't work that way.
So--any personal favorites, as far as exercises for the legs or feet? Thanks.
