Do your legs ache?

My legs (both of them) have been very achy the past few weeks.  I also get stiffness and have nerve issues in them, but the achiness is new.  It can even wake me up overnight.  Think I'll have it checked this week.  Anyone know what this might be?

My legs aches as well but it is because of pain in my lower back. If I rub my lower back in with tiger balm then the pain subsides in my legs as well.

Hi Deepwell: I have considered that, too. However, I seldom take meds unless I get a nasty flare, so I don't think that's the cause. Good thinking, though!

I agree with the bath. I take one before bedtime every night. Seems to help relax the muscles.
