Shingles?

I've got little blisters scattered on one side of my back. They sting when they're touched. Earlier this week I had horrible back pain and diarrhea for four days. I thought it was an reaction to some medication I had taken during that time. No fever, but do have headache off and on, and coughing some.

Have any of you had shingles before? What did it look and feel like?

I plan to go to doctor tomorrow to verify it and get medicine.
