So I have been weening of my meds like my Dr asked. I had a horrible flare up the other day. Then today my husband and I were on running errands and out of no where I started to feel really sick, My head started to hurt I was haveing chills from head to toe, felt horribly nausious and then my whole body started acheing really bad. I don't know if this is a flare or not but it feels like one. It just seems like my flares are happening more requently then they used to and Iam not sure why. I have alot going on and that could be the cause. Has anyone else had this happen to them out of the blue like that? confused

It kind of sounds like withdrawel symptoms. I've had similar sensations in the past when I've stopped taking medication.

Maybe look up withdrawl symptoms of your medications, or call your doctor.

I would agree - at least, I've never had a Fibro flare that made me feel nauseous and gave me chills. Or, maybe you have a bug? I have had some of these symptoms on and off this week.

So sorry you're having such a hard time!

I am also thinking medication withdrawal. Or perhaps, food allergies can make a person nauseous and even cause a low-grade fever because it happens to my two nephews so maybe a food allergy could cause chills too. Who knows?

Might be a bug coming on.

But I used to get those feelings out of the blue before I was told I had lupus. Fingers crossed that it's not that.

Mostly sounds like withdrawal symptoms. They usually will start on 3 rd day and I have had them up to 7 days. Very miserable at times. Hopefully your husband can give you lots of support. What meds are you trying to stop?
