Hi Eliza,
Welcome! You will find a lot of information and support here. I found your post particularly interesting. I was diagnosed with Fibro 6 years ago. I knew a good deal about chronic pain because my father also has RSD/CRPS. I think it is marvelous that you have found a way back to standing on your feet with the RSD. My father has had it for about 17 years and still has a daily struggle. He also had a SCS but found that it wasn't the answer for him. I have also thought recently that he possibly is starting to show signs of Fibro as well.
I think one of the best things you can do is educate yourself about Fibro. There is A LOT of unknown, but there is a lot of information out there about what is "normal" and what you can expect.
Lastly, I too am on the young-er side. I was diagnosed when I was 24 years old. I know our struggles can be very different from those who are in their 50's and 60's. Please know that you are not alone and you can still live a full life and accomplish all of your hopes and dreams.
I hope you find much support from this wonderful forum!
