Lately, it is getting more difficult to stay motivated...I've been procrastinating on just about
everything. I still do my stretching, daily walking and take time to my deep breathing and relaxation therapy. My home isn't as clean as usual and I've been medicating with comfort food again, gained 5 lbs over the holidays. My fatigue level is way up there and need to get myself back on track....just so tired.
Still taking B12, D3 and a good multi-vitamin.
Have any suggestions?
