As much as possible, yes. Sometimes, this works better in theory than in practice.
Three days a week, I try to be at work by 7:30. The other two, I usually will sleep until my body wakes up. Luckily, every four months I get a different schedule, which helps. The weekends are weird, because I travel a good bit.
I do tend to do better with more consistent scheduling, but have a hard time maintaining that, at least right now. My best overall schedule in recent memory was a start time at 10 three times a week, and 11 am twice a week.
