Boy, I cannot focus worth a kitten's fart recently. I tried to neaten up my bedroom today, dust, vacuum, etc. I kept wandering away! Changing sheets, I went to check the supplies in the bathroom. Putting away laundry, I went to find that book I was lending to someone. I got absolutely sidetracked straightening up my vanity, checking the eyeliner and seeing any needed to be sharpened.
BF (before fibro), I was focused and detailed and able to get so much down. Now, it's like a battle with fishbrain.

I do this all the time! I'm in the worst fog and my concentration is nonexistent.

My mind is having a play day with racing thoughts. I think of past things that are not Pleasante. It's hard to focus on a movie. See my therapist next week. I know how important your mind is for work. Get some rest. Lol

My brain loves to race at bedtime...replaying things, alternative endings to situations, jumping from one thought to the other.

Myself,
This is exactly what I was talking about
earlier in the week - this foggy, foggy dew-brain. It's maddening! Every thought leads down a rabbit hole all its own. I have never been a detailed, focused person, but it's gotten way worse, downright ridiculous.
Here's to accomplishment. Onward and upward, cutting through the muckety muck! :)

My brain is crazy. I find myself completely lost in thoughts about
the oddest things. Like today I was getting ready to clean the litterbox and I found myself confused why I was holding the bag and scooper because I had been focused on how I'd look in armor and wondering how all those knights could fight because most men were much shorter then than they are now. It was a big what am I doing moment.

Oh that's funny!
Well, with such an imagination, at least your life is never boring, right?
