I don't have a huge problem with fatigue and I think it's because of some supplements I have taken for years. I take 800 mcg. of folic acid once a day and 100 mg. of CoQ10 twice a day. I also take malic acid/magnesium supplements that help with pain and fatigue, too.
There is a link in Fibro 101 about the malic acid/magnesium supplements.

The great thing is these supplements help with other problems we have...like brain fog! You can google the info and learn all about these and talk to your doctor. I was put on folic acid 23 years ago because it helps with absorption and I have issues with that because of Crohn's disease.
Here is another link to a thread I posted a few days ago about these supplements and brain fog. No one seemed interested so it slid to the second page in a hurry.

I do walk daily as exercise and do other things too to keep moving. That helps me. I pace myself but still get a lot done. This morning I scrubbed the master bathroom and kitchen floors but I also was using an electric scrubber. Then I mopped them. It took me about an hour and I was pooped but now I'm getting refreshed again. If I keep moving I'm far better than if I'm sedentary. Hope this info helps you.
