Hi everyone I can totally relate to this list. I am Anthony I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 8 years ago I was diagnosed celiacs 12 years ago since then I have been diagnosed osteoarthritis , cronic migraines , my legs jump around they also wobble and drop me to the floor , I speack to people who aren't there and I have no track of time . Does anyone know of anything I can do to ease any of these symptoms please

Welcome Anthony.

First, check into your meds with your pharmacist. There will possibly be some medical interactions going on. I choose to look ateachdrug seperately, see the benefits and the poor sides tothe treatment. After Ihave tried it for at least a month and preferably two, I decide with my doctor to keep or quit. I take five prescriptions, for three different conditions.

Are you over medicated?

If you have celiacs, then you know that eating properly is part of the treatment. Yes, it is hard. But you will feel bad when you
don't.

Exercise is important. Useit or lose it. Ifyou are losing core strength.... You meed to build it up. Perhaps your doctor can get you on a PT regimin. I, personally, am pretty active, and havebeen doing water work for five years.

I posted in your other thread but I do want to remind you to read Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum.  There are good links with information about fibro and you will learn a lot there.

Go to drugs.com they have a wonderful drug interaction checker.
You can see if a medicine is causing problems with another drug.

Have you seen a neurologist? They may be able to pinpoint your problem areas, after some testing. As it's said, not every symptom is fibro, so it's good to get thoroughly checked out.
