This is a contentious one. Some people think it's true, some claim it's a myth... do you like oyster? It's high in zinc.
There are some Magnesium tablets that also contains Zinc, that may make it easier for your body to accept them.
Again, I must stress that everyone is different, as you mentioned it yourself, Zn make you nauseous; while it affect me in some other ways.
There are so many myths about
improving libido... there are definately a lot of people taking advantage of someone's insecurities for their own gain. We do have to accept that as we age, things do slow down... and if we're constantly in pain and fatigue, it's also quite hard to be "in the mood".
