sad  Does anyone know if finger twitches is part of Fibromyalgia?
I was cleaning up brush this weekend while camping and my fingers on my right hand started twitching.
This of course is after I went to grab my coffee and dropped it spilling it on my hubby and the table :(
Was just curious cause I was using my hands quite a bit over the weekend.

I get finger twitching a lot, especially if I've been working on the computer for long hours, typing and clicking the mouse.

I always hated sports because (not only did it hurt) but I was also incredibly clumsy and always fumbled the ball.

I haven't had finger twitching, but when I lay in a position for a while, my right leg/arm start to twitch. I am not laying on them, so it's not them falling asleep, they just decide to start twitching for no reason. It has been hard enough to jerk me awake a time or two.

Yeah, my limbs twitch too... even my torso. Pretty much anything can twitch.

You know, when I keep repeating the word "twitch", I realise just how strange it sounds.... but I suppose that can happen with almost any word if you repeat it for long enough.

My thumbs twitch a lot, in towards my palms. And if I've been too active, as soon as I lay down to go to sleep, everything starts twitching.

Shoot, I'm a twitching woman.
If I over did something I could wiggle out of the bed with all of the twitches. LOL!

Finger or muscle twitching is not directly link to FMS, but is link to stress. If you're overly stressed your muscle will start to twitch, and too much twitching and stress will cause fibro flares.

Thank you for all the replies, it helps kinda narrow that down.once I relaxed it started twitching.
