Do you get cold toes mostly at night? Toes will get cold if its actually cold...but they shouldn't be cold when they are inside thick socks which are inside thick running shoes. For me, they only warm up after a hot bath or lots of exercise.
BTW - Its been rainy and humid here today and my circulation is all out of whack. I've had cold toes all day, heavy feet, occasional pins and needles, but mostly a general stiff feeling. Like I desperately need some heat...especially near the feet!
Do you get that way when its stormy and humid?
