Can't get pain meds... alternatives?

I get a lot of relief from tendon and ligament pain using curcumin. I first tried it about 4 years ago when I was having horrible pain in my elbows and arches. Within 3 days or so pain was almost gone. Note that it is best taken with an oil - fish oil will do - as it is not very water soluble. It is readily available online cheaper than at your local health shop.

It also relieved some bowel problems I was having. I wouldn't give it up for anything :)

Joy, I'm in the process of being tested for autoimmune diseases since its possible I may have one. Thanks for letting me know, I won't try melatonin unless and until I know that I don't have an autoimmune disease.
