is it constant? how severe is it and how do you find relief?

I have it there sometimes. It is very severe when it is there. I have found nothing to relive it. I just have to wait till it goes away. Thank good ness it does!

When mine hits I use a very hot heating pad, take my tramadol, and wait it out.
You can find a great heating pad called a spa wrap at walmart of drug stores. It's called a spa wrap. It's like a mini electric blanket.
