As you may know, lupus is often associated with rashes. Again, I'm no expert, and I think there are some on this forum who also have lupus who could weigh in.
As for the digestive issues, when I feel somewhat nervous or edgy, my stomach issues can kick up. My gastro doc suggested a low-residue diet, since it helps slows things down somewhat. A little boring to eat, but if you do an online search, they have several sites for suggested diets, which are really helpful.
I've had scalp pain quite often lately. In fact, just yesterday I did a search on it and found quite a few ideas. I went with the ice pack, as well as massaging my neck area, and did get some relief. I'm always looking for more natural remedies!
I think it's easy to feel panic when you don't know what's wrong. Even though I've had these conditions (fibro and unknown neuro) for about
10 years, at least, I still get a bit edgy when a new symptom kicks up, and I think that's only natural.
I guess we get as 'checked out' as possible as we can, and go from there. I think we all here, at one time or another, have feared the worst, but generally, once we get checked over, tested, etc., it allows the anxiety and unknown to back off, and we often realize it's not as bad as we had feared. I remember when I first got the chronic diarrhea, I would go in the bathroom and break out if a sweat thinking "What is WRONG with me?" Wow, was I scared. But as I continued to see the doctor, follow his orders, stay on the meds, and get more tests, I gradually felt better. I hope it will be the same for you, too. Best wishes!
