What a night last night, I once again stupidly decided to go to bed with out taking my pain pills and boy did I suffer. My arms started burning, it felt like fire raging through my veins, horrible pain, but as soon as I sat up the pain went away, so I ended up going and sleeping in my recliner, had to take 3 pain pills to take away the pain, so I woke up hung over. I just hate taking pain pills but some times I just have to.
Anyone else experience this?

I don't like to take my tramadol because I always feel a little spacey after it but I just deal with it like everything else in my life.

Sorry you had such an issue. Do you have a pill organizer to help you remember to take your meds or did you think I don't need it tonight?

Hi joy, I just think to myself, oh I don't need a pain pill, I'll be fine, , awww NOT, I also am trying not to take to many pills because I don't want to get addicted to them. Most the time the Tramadol does not work for me, so occasionally I take a Norco.

Someone told me recently if you are in pain you need the pain killer. If you take it and not in pain then you're an addict.

I understand you not wanting the pain meds though.

LOL. Most of us start out there, not wanting the meds. But pain reduction is a necessary component of this condition.

Take the med, and sleep better.

I know pain management is very important to us fibromites. Sometimes you have to take something strong to get good pain control. If I continue in chronic pain for a long time I get depressed and discourage.
So I think it's fine once in awhile to take something strong. Glad you after yourself.

Burning can be a symptom of drug tolerance/addiction. Classed as a withdrawal symptoms also when you miss a dose. had it severely getting off benzos than again with pain pills
