I amsure you all come from all over the place , I am in Sydney Australia .
I have been recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but have been suffering for years I am sure.
I guess like you allI want to talk to people who know how I feel and to learn how to manage my life better as I feel like giving up but of course I won't. smilewinkgrin I know that there is hope and reasons to be positive. : turn smilewinkgrin

Hi. I was just dx. I have suffered for a long time but it has always been put off as something else. I am in the US.

Ask what questions you have! There is a grand variety of people here, who all do different things for their condition.

I have been diagnosed since 2004. I have(had) two siblings with FMS as well, one diagnosed, the other refusing to see a doctor for it. The third sibling, who knows.

My top three "Best Things ever for Fibro" Are:

1. Muscle relaxer
2. Getting good and proper sleep
3. Exercise.

glad you finally got your diagnosis, hope you can find a regimine that works well for you!
Make sure you read the trhead at the top of our board Fibro 101, it has AMAZING things in it..and you can learn a lot!
One thing is that we all do silly things, and can laugh with each other about it, and share the humiliating things as well.. hope you find some handy info, and make new friends :)
