Keep a food journal to see what foods you have sensitivities to. I can eat everything you listed, Dontforget, and have absolutely no difference in my fibro. It's allergies, sensitivities, etc. to food causing your problem. Fibro is a muscle, tendon, and ligament problem...not a food problem.
Stinky, you are most likely allergic to gluten. Can't eat it if you want to feel better.
Don'tforget, it looks like gluten and lactose allergy to me. Keep a food journal. When we eat things we are sensitive to, our body reacts. This happens in people that don't have fibro. My friend ate a lot of dairy and felt awful afterwards...upset stomach diarrhea which in turn tightened her muscles and she was in pain, BUT she never had fibro. It was the lactose allergy. When she cut lactose out of her diet she was fine. It's not fibro. It's an allergic reaction to certain foods.
