Hi all!
I am always researching diets to cope with my list of health issues. about 10 days ago after researching The Paleo Diet I decided to try it to help control my blood sugars for my Type 1 diabetes.
After 2 or 3 days I started putting together that I was having to take less pain medication and Robaxin during the day. I was also taking fewer naps and was much more energetic with my kids and getting more exercise too.
Here's the big BUT,.... As soon as I added back that dairy, gluten, and sugar, all my symptoms returned.
My friend asked me out for pizza and beer and yogurt last night. I have suffered most of the day ( as I imagined I would). I am now back on my Paleo 100%.
I did research online today about this, although most of what came up first had to do with arthritis ( inflammation) and Paleo success. My search will continue.
Is there anyone else out there that is doing this or who tried it at least?
