I have a weird body anyway, so maybe my opinion on this doesn't matter, but I didn't have any issues with driving afterwards.
At least I think we're talking about the same test--the one where very thin needles are placed in various places and they register muscle action (I think?)?
When I had that test done, the tech lady who did it was awesome. She was super fast. Right after each needle 'registered' on the machine, she immediately moved it to another area, and continued in that way--super fast. It made the test almost painless, because right when it began to feel uncomfortable, she was already moving it on.
I honestly thought it would be worse, but at least for me, it was very easy.
