If I sleep, what myself said happens to , myself. Also, I can feel just the pressure start to build up the pain in my bones. For example, right now I am lying on my right side and my right hip and ankle at the bones are hurting from the pressure of my body.
When I go to sleep I set my alarm for every three hours. I get up and to a quick walk, stretch, reposition. I know this is not optimal for sleep, but lesser of two evils, right? Plus I'm usually up to go to the bathroom or for something leas anyway, like right now.
Also I am also able to take my overnight meds I would have slept through and woken up painful. I think it helps a lot but you have to find your own magic mix
