Misplaced muscle or organ feeling

Bear with me, English is my second language and I have honestly no idea how to describe it, even in French.
Sometimes I will get a weird back or side pain. It will feel like a muscle or organ, I'm not sure which, but of the two moved half an inch in my body, over lapping something else that's at it's right place, causing pain.
Right now, on my left lower side, where my last rib is or close. It's like a muscle moved and is over lapping something. And when I try to sleep, that overlapping hurts and I can't sleep.

I'm sure it's weird. I talked to my Rheumatologist about it who told me it was probably fibro since I don't have other symptoms and it comes and goes.

Anyone else have that?

Sounds like BFS. It's an odd condition that sometimes joins fibromyalgia. It's safe but aggrevating. You get odd muscular things going on.
I can't spell the middle word well but here it goes....Benign Faculitis Syndrome.
