I really don't remember but I do remember I took one day at a time and lived that one day as best I could. I didn't have access to forums like these either. You just have to keep trying different things and give those things an opportunity to start working for you. We all want to be better "yesterday" but that doesn't happen. But there are some supplements and just moving that should help take the edge off the pain until you find the combination that works for you.
If you feel like you aren't better, then you need to try something else. I wish I could give you a pat answer but each person is so different with this illness.
