Hi, Pain, and welcome! Well you already posted so you did that good. Now, if you want to reply to a post, there is a button that says "Post a Reply". Click on that and a screen will come up where you can type your message...like you did with your first post. Then scan down and you will see a "Submit" button. Click on that and you now have posted a reply. You'll get the hang of it. I have a new computer and I'm having to play around with it since it isn't like my other computer so we can figure all of this out together.

Do read Fibro 101...the first thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibro and you will learn a lot there. Everything from soup to nuts is in Fibro 101. ;-)

I'm looking forward to getting to know you better. Don't hesitate to ask questions because we are here to help you. Hope to hear more from you soon.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I have had fibrous for about ten years now,with other physical ailments. I stopped working about 3 years ago,and try to stay busy at home. Unfortunately my husband had very little regard for what I'm dealing with which is the main reason I joined this group. Hopefully Ill be able to contribute as well.

Welcome! I am sorry you had to find us here, but this is a great group of people. Like others have said, check out Fibro 101, there is a lot of useful info there. I am also from the Pittsburgh area so I don't feel so lonely here now!
