OK I'll start...

U know u have Fm when you call UR dog & he doesn't come bcuz u forgot u let him outside.

U know u have FM when UR so tired u fall asleep watchin UR fav show
& wake after its over & can't remember what u were watchin let alone if it's day or night.

U know u have FM when u think u have a computer virus in UR brain & to slow to react.

U know u have FM when UR friends tell u to eat more "blueberries" !

1) U know u have Fm when UR decisions in clothing are easy on off, not fashion.

2) U know u have Fm when all UR shoes fasten with Velcro .

3) U know u have FM when everyone says well u look ok ?

4) U know u have FM when u depend on UR dog when out side to help u up if u fall. I have a big Collie and she digs her feet in the ground and I push on her as she pushes up. Then she jumps & runs around like a puppy to make me laugh, after I'm up. Such a blessing...my fuzz ball!

5)U know u have FM when UR sweet hubby goes grocery shopping all the time. He is so understanding. I am so lucky to have him I would be lost without him.

That one is hilarious. I have done that more than I would like to admit! Well funny only if it's not a big mess. The last time I did that I had to take the burning pan outside & listen to it snap crackle pop on the snow. LOL
Now I set the timer when I put anything on the stove. Not to mention fire place disasters. My dogs saved a small disaster alerting me to the smoke around the fireplace . I forgot to open the flue .
She runs back & forth then starts winning and would not stop until I got up and found the smokey room. My furry Angel..

You know you have FM when your in bed at 8pm every night.

You know you have FM when you have to stop and rest your arms in the middle of putting up your long hair.

You know you have FM when you have heating pad and heating blanket going the same time.

Jasmine: u can accomplish more than I ever could in 24 hrs. I thought I was the only one who couldn't put together more than one sentence before I lost my place or forgot what the point was before I finished. Fibro Fog!

U know u have FM when u are on UR way to the store and literally forgot how to get there. Thank go gneiss for cell phones....

U know u have FM When you panic on the way out the door & can't find UR keys.. That's because u already put them in the car with UR purse.

JASMINE & Angel :I'm jealous u guys go to bed at 7-8 and get to sleep? Well maybe not jasmine it's after 11 now . Sleep that's a whole other issue huh?

We experienced a earthquake this am. And no it's not my Fm muscles cramps... LOL Did any one feel it this am around 8:30 ?Any west coast peops?

THE TABLE was shaking the chairs , nothing fell... The Ring of Fire we live NEAR? It was on the news. That's why we strap our tvs and hot water heaters to the wall. MY sis called she lives further down the west coast asked if I felt it. She did too!

You know you have FM when you need to switch hands while stirring your food, when you need to switch hands while cleaning the tiles in your bathroom and when you put your hands down for a break while combing your hair.
You know you have FM when your behind (buttock) hurts, and last but not least when you feel like you need a nap during the day.

Couchtater... I could never do that, because no matter what I do, I can always feel the painful sensation of the glasses sitting on my face. Yes, the glasses are the right size.

You know you have FM when you go to an op shop, buy a book, go home and open it to find your name in the front - because it used to be yours before it was put in the op shop!!

But the last 3... Are FM

It's hard to know, I've struggled with these kinds of health problems all my life. Even as a baby, I was continually crying in pain for a cause my parents and doctors could not find. But there have been triggers throughout my life that have worsened the symptoms, most particularly a virus that I got 3 years ago. I don't know

Everyone with fibro is suffering and deserves help and sympathy. Suffering is in the moment more than anything, it doesn't matter who's had it the longest.

about your nose - cold intolerance is part of CFS, and the extremities feel the cold more than anywhere else. Maybe cold intolerance is part of FMS too - I don't know if it's part of that too, I have both.

Hi everyone finally managed to open my computer it's been a long day.

U are all kind and sweet. Not to mention how some of UR responses to the u know .FM .... SO MANY Made me laugh out loud. I needed that and thank you all for sharing all the true issues we face daily. AT least we can still laugh!

Today I had to cut 3 acres of hay with the tractor before the horses eat to much green grass they can colic or founder. Leading cause of death in horses. The pastures are so bumpy I know for sure I have FM because my whole body feels like I was rolled around in a giant cement mixer. I got bruises and muscle/bone pain in areas I didn't know I had. So stiff I can't move. Look on the bright side I caught some rays and vit-D.

Jasmine: an Aussie huh! UR country is full of ancient history & the beauty in beyond compare.
I am glad to hear u can still get out and have fun. We are starting spring here in the states as u go into fall . Jas so sorry u suffer since an infant & UR still just a baby, compared to my age. I hope there is a resolution to UR pain & suffering in UR lifetime. A cure would be nice & a better understanding for this disease, leading to better research & treatment soon for us all.... Ah whatever I'm trying to say I hope u know I sincerely hope that no one has to endure FM ...treatment is coming! Not just the ok dr says u fit the FM definition cause I don't know how to treat u or find another label for UR pain. Smack FM....
