I get head pain fairly often. I can't call it a 'headache'; more like nerve pain, I think. It's really miserable.
Mostly I get it anywhere from late September to late April. In fact, today I am dealing with it. Maybe it's sinus related, too(?)
Also, I've had kind of a rough week for various reasons, so it may be somewhat stress related, too. I'm also frustrated I can't accomplish more, but we all know what fibro is like.
The pain I get is not in any certain area in my head--just kind of all over, and I feel it more when I move my neck. It's really difficult to accomplish much of anything when it hits. Sometimes Neurontin helps.
I intend to ask my doctor about it when I go for my physical in a couple of months. His 'side' specialty is headaches, so I'm hopeful!
Occasionally, I get small bouts of dizziness, but I don't associate it with this head pain.
I hope you are better soon and the pain goes away permanently! Would it help to see a neurologist?
