12 years disabled from Fibro and I am 40! Pai, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression and crushing migraine.
Has anybody used essential oils with any success? If so, what did you use. Any help appreciated!

My SIL uses this on her mother's fibro. She says it's a good mix. She uses about
1/8th cup of coconut oil, 20 drops of ginger essential oil, ten drops of rose oil, ten of jasmine oil, and ten of ylang-ylang.

I used a mix of oregano and wintergreen with a carrier oil on affected joints and muscles. It helps!

For me, lavender is so soothing, it takes my mind off the pain.

I love both the scent of lilac and of lavender. Very soothing and calming, definitely.

I guess oils are like medicines in that everyone reacts differently. I used peppermint oil on a headache once. It works great for them. But almost right after using it, my legs started to burn and flare up. It could have been coincidence but they were fine till I used it on my forehead.
I love the ideas all of you are giving here. Wish I had some to share.

So it sounds like using a carrier oil is recommended? I have deep relief, a Young Living Oil and also am getting Panaway that was recommended.
When you said 1/8 cup oil and drops, would that provide a number of applications? Just trying to figure out how to do this.
Thanks

Yes, it makes a small container of the mixture. It is about
the size of 1/4 cup after mixed. She uses very little in an area.
