Could someone please send some heat and sunshine to Alaska! It's 52 for the high today and rain for the last 2 days. I actually got my sad light out today. It really has set off my pain in my hips and knees. I hear the geese and see them flying south. I think they are mixed up. Lol

Who knows I might just take off to Florida or Hawaii after I recover from surgery. We were given free air mileage.

We even have washed-out roads not far from here....and more rain on the way for the weekend.  Eek. shocked

I hope you do get to take a trip after surgery.  Nice way to relax and restore. yeah

I think all fibromites should be allowed to live in the Mediterranean or maybe Southern California. We should start a fibro colony where the humidity is low and the temperature is warm (not hot!) with a nice ocean breeze.

While we are at it, ll of the shops would be fibro friendly (no loud music, no dizzying patterns, no florescent lights, lots of soft chairs, etc.), and Donna could even start up her clothing store.

Massages would be a daily necessity, and we would all have cooks and house cleaners, of course.

Sigh. A fibromite can dream. I hope you get lots of sunshine and warmth and feel better soon. And if you do go to Florida or Hawaii, I hope you have a blast. :-)

Once in a while we talked about moving to a better climate for me..

But hey, my kids were here and that was always more important for me...

Many days recently i thought an in house therapist should be in all of our homes : ) if insurance would understand that a once a month tune up therapy, would possibly save us from getting to the point where we need weeks of therapy.it would save them money and keep us healthier.

It's a balmy 90 degrees here in the south.
I'm sitting here in my house with air conditioner blasting and two fans circulating the air and still sweating.

I'd love some cold air. You can keep the rain though it hurts me too much.

I'd gladly send you some heat in exchange for lots of rain, even with the pain. We are soooo dry, we're having to feed our cows. I still have pain, & it's even more than I have when I visit my daughter in Atlanta! cool

It's sunny and 92 out right now. The "feel like" temperature is 97. Warm enough for you? Come in down!

Southern California here. 100 plus for the rest of the summer. 113 for next week.

I still have problems though that are from barometric changes. We get wind storms which bring on the migraines and lots of pain.

Austin woudn't that be great a colony for fibromites. Lol I just noticed new snow on the back mountains. Really in late June! Know wonder I was Achey.
