As our weather is changing, i am really missing sitting out in the sunshine for my vitamin d...my numbers are up..but i feel different getting it by supplement...than the sun.
Hubby and i are both having stiffness from the weather changes : (
But i made his favorite comfort food (meatloaf) to cheer him up.

I have seen studies that say that changes in barometric pressure DOES affect fibro. We all know it does because we can tell if it's going to rain before it's forecast. Ouch!
There is plenty of misinformation out there and, as Michael said, just ask us! We can give them "scoop".

I totally agree. Barometric pressure plays a huge part in how I'm feeling. When I have a flare up my close friends know there is a storm coming. We are walking weather towers.
I grew up in California, 21 years, and have been in Colorado for 22 years. I usually take a trip home to see family and friends at least once during the winter and Arizona too.

I'm also missing SUN and all the warmth that goes with it.
Meatloaf sounds awesome, I'll have to ask my hubby to make it because I'm fortunate that he does ALL the cooking (I Bake & wash the dishes).

It varies, I think. I know when a storm is coming, because my skin feels like electricity. But I prefer cooler to hotter, as a rule.
Meatloaf here tonight as well, but leftover.
