cause of these symptoms?

Hello,
it is last 2 weeks I have the following symptoms:
1- pressure in ears
2-ringing ears
3-pain in face muscles
4-irritated eyes
5-dizziness

what could be the cause of these symptoms?
I will be happy for any feedback.

Allergies?
Sinus infection?
Have you seen a doctor?

not yet any doctor. i had been in doctors so many times due to my gastroenterological problems, i have no energy to go again.

Sounds like allergies, sinus or fluid in your ears. I have had similar symptoms and started taking allergy pill just to see if it was that. It really made a difference. I never had allergy problems. Dizziness can come from your euctachian tubes in your ears.

I also forgot to add: i have left chest pain as if I am having a heart attack.

Hi, Just_Man, and welcome. We are not doctors here and are not to be trying to diagnose people. We are all just guessing at what your problem/s could be. Since you have these symptoms...especially the chest pain...please go see a doctor. Then you will know for sure what is going on and you can get the help you need.
