The cold air definitely makes me very stiff! I even notice it just sitting for a few minutes.
Anything warm helps, such as layering clothes, as ak angel said. Extra blankets, drinking warm tea or hot chocolate (had to have a cup of that last evening :)). And, I find just moving around more and trying to get more steps in my day keep me a little warmer. And yes, I am now wearing long underwear, which feels great.
The upcoming forecast bumps up the temps next weekend. Sure hope they're right about
that.
