I have a lot of weird nerve sensations with my fibro. One in particular one is this all over body nerve sensation that I get after falling asleep. It passes in a few seconds but always wakes me up. The the heck? Anyone else?

You never know what this stuff will pull on you.
I used to twitch in random places as I fell asleep.

No I dont get that, but have frequent muscle spasms to the point I have to jump out of bed. Nothing surprises me about
fibro symptoms.

Joy, I get that occasionally too.
Fibro is such a bizarre illness!

Yes, fibro is so strange!
I've had muscles that seem to 'jump' for no reason. Weird neuro stuff.

Is it safe to say that fibro is a disease of the nervous system? or is it an autoimmune disease?

So far doctors think it's a disease of the nervous system, but the jury is still out on it.
Once they totally pinpoint the cause then maybe they can find the solution.
