Fibro docs

I've been doing a lot of research about new fibromyalgia docs for myself. I have a primary care visit on Friday and plan to bring the list I would like to work from. Last time, my temporary primary suggested only out of network rheumatologists and the one I saw was not very helpful when I did get in.

I went to fmaware and tried to look for a referenced list of fibromyalgia friendly doctors that they have. I have read in several places that they maintain one. However, I am unable to find the list and have been all over the site. I've looked up some posts on here and discovered that other people had similar issue, but did not list how they eventually found the listing for doctors. Does anyone know how to get to that list or a similar list? I'd like to make sure that I find one that will actually work with fibromyalgia so that every week my time, I can actually get something done. I've tried searching the Internet for fibromyalgia friendly doctors, and am having difficulty finding anything referenced around the Buffalo New York area. The closest I have seen is in New York City, which eight hours away

Also when I called around I specifically asked if there were any doctors there that treat patients with fibromyalgia or chronic pain. I got told NO by 80% of them, others straight up said yes, but the doctors will not prescribe narcotics or other scheduled medication.
