Hey all, Just wanted to share with everyone that about 2 weeks ago I went on a food plan I have used in the past and so glad to report it still works.
I don't like to use the word 'Paleolithic" or "Vegetarian" but I will say it is largely plant based and is in no way pure or perfect.
Every day for my large meal I have a big salad filled with yummy salad stuff such as spring greens, romaine, avocado, artichoke hearts, shredded carrot, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and a little pickled ginger chopped very fine, also chiffonade of basil and mint, hearts of palm, sprouts, bell pepper and so on.
I also add a little chicken or sea food such as shrimp or salmon
I avoid heavy dressing, croutons or cheese but I still do enjoy my chocolate chip cookies and sweets in moderation.
I've also been eating a lot of fruit especially blueberries but all kinds of fruit.
What I've noticed is an increase in energy, sleeping a little better, and less craving for sugars and carbs.
This is pretty miraculous for me, as I am a junk food junky so I thought I would share it with you guys.
