Hi Mom,
I am glad you feel better. Yesterday was a better day for me. I got a few things accomplished. I don't get much done in a day. I feel really crappy about it too. Lately I have been worse. We have had cold and nasty weather so I have been stuck in the house, and with all the opportunity to do stuff, there it still sits.
I break my "chores" into small portions and groups. I start out doing just a little at a time. Gradually I seem to do more. But if you look at the whole picture, it is so overwhelming. Who could ever tackle that??? A list is awesome because as you check things off on it, there is a huge burden lifted. Plus by writing it down, you are less likely to forget things. (Fibro fog, you know)...
