I am in the Greater Toronto area. I lived in Calgary for a couple years. I have read that some people flare up when Chinook winds arrive. In my couple years there we did not have many Chinook winds. When they arrive they bring warm winds in winter days.
I am not doing well in any weather at the moment but I do have no use for our freezing cold and snowy landscape. I flare up when the weather is extremely windy. I can't get my boots on still from my sprained ankle. Will get a break on a short vacation to Costa Rica.
I find now in summer that on humid days outside my face turns so red. It is due to Rosacea. I get it under control with aloe vera. We only have a handful of perfect weather. For me it would be a wind free, not too hot day but certainly not in winter.
For mildness in Canada, Vancouver is best but they get a lot of rain. The rest of Canada has four seasons. Calgary's weather can change on a dime. It probably has had snow in almost every month on record. It is good if you can take a vacation from Canada's winter and go somewhere warm. Well at least if you have Fibromyalgia.
