What has helped me is the acupressure points, as well as Ibuprofen. There is also an exercise where you close your lips with your teeth
open and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth behind your teeth. Hold it for I think 10 seconds. It stretches things out and offers some relief. I am headed to the chiropractor after work. That helps as well.

I'm going through the same thing! I thought is was one of my molars, went to the dentist and he did a bunch of tests, X-rays, ect... Not my tooth! He asked me..."have you been stressed out lately?" Ummm, yes.:/ My tooth (jaw) is sore from grinding my teeth in my sleep from stress. I'm not doing much about it..just dealing with it and trying to reduce stress. I swear if it's not one thing - it's another!
