Hello all,

Does anyone get head rushes from time to time? I sometimes get head rushes where it feels almost like an electric shock through my brain. For a short period of time, I am very cofused, don't remember where I am or what is happening around me. We're talking bout just a minute or so. I've been tested and my PCP thinks it is probably anxiety. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I often get them when I stand up. Grey vision,staggering,the whole shebang,but these result from the change in levels. I do not have any disorientation from them. I am glad your PCP has done the testing.

I am getting something similar. Havent figured out the reason, though.

Thanks for the replys. The are alarming, thats for sure. Yesterday was the first day in a couple of weeks that I didn't have at least one.

Did you change meds recently? Or get less sleep? I am working on a theory that one or both of those items are contributors.

Hello Jenni,

I haven't changed meds recently but have been under more pressure, both physically and mentally. My wife had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago so I've been running the household alone. Also, there is quite a lot of care that she needs due to the surgery. This is causing me to have less sleep.
