Lot of burning head pain

Just wondering if anyone get this the back of my whole head started to burn it feels like the scalp and underneath the scalp it aches and burns which then gives me a headache then I become nauseous and almost feel like throwing up when this happens then my eyes start to feel very dry and then start to feel flue like symptoms I'm not sure what to do. I've had one brain mri with contrast and everything was normal but I'm wondering if there is something else that checks the skull and scalp? Is this really part of fibro?

I had this once and went to the ER and they thought I was having a reaction to Celexa

Jasflower, I get something like this. My cranial fascial massage therapist tells me its inflammation.

I have to really watch what I eat and not expose myself to chemicals.

Yes, I get burning and shooting pains in my scalp. They only last a few (or less) seconds but - ouch!, it hurts.:(

Also, my neuro explained that this also might be caused from tension in the neck. The tension puts pressure on your occipital nerves in the back of your head which can cause those burning sensations in the scalp.

I was also getting shooting pains on the L side of my face and around my ear until my dentist saw on a
X-ray that I had an infected root canal.

Now that I've had it taken care of, the pain has mostly subsided. An endodontist worked on the infected area on 5 different occasions to try to bring it under control. When the face pain wasn't completely gone when we were done, I decided to see a holistic dentist who did a session of ozone therapy. The pain appears to be gone now.

I have constant nerve pain all over my scalp. Brushing or washing my hair is painful. Years ago I had shingles on my head but now my whole scalp feels that way. Yea fibro.

I am new to all of this, but for awhile I have had the burning in my head, it seems to start in the back and move forward. I have had CAT scans and MRI's all of which came back negative. I was recently diagnosed with severe fibromyalgia, so is this part of the fibromyalgia? I am so confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
