I'm a newbie and I'm still learning from y'all but I have developed a very SMALL toolbox.
- Heating pad in my chair and by my bed. I thought I wouldn't need them in the summer but it helps to wrap the heating pad around my legs. So, the heating pads have been brought out again.
- DoTerra Deep Blue Rub (works better than any of the over-the-counter rubs for burning pain in joints).
- Hot baths with Epsom Salts
- Paleo diet to help relieve joint pain from O.A.
- Magnesium Malate for muscle pain
- Renewing my mind. I read spiritual books for encouragement. Two favorites have been 'Think it not strange by Claudette Palatsky and Pain: The Plight of Fallen Man: God's Prescript
