Hi Everyone,
I recently stayed at a hotel and the pillows were not good for my fibromyalgia and my old neck injury. I experienced somewhat of a flare the next day because my neck didn't get adequate support during the night. I'm going to have to remember to take along my own pillow.
What kind of pillow do you use? I have a Comforpedic pillow and it really works well for me. It places my head at just the right height so I'm aligned with the rest of my body and it's very supportive--a cushy support.
We stayed at a hotel on the ocean. It was beautiful but the loud wave action didn't sit well with the headache and the body aches I experienced the next morning.
Interesting.

I know I need to buy new pillows that are more supportive. Right now, I'm using 2 pillows (cheapies; not sure of the brand), which work okay, but I think there are much better ones available.
Time to go shopping! :)

I use a beauty rest, but I need a new one again.

I use a water pillow that I got at my chiro's. It can be adjusted by adding or reducing the water in it. I've been very happy with it.

I use a buckwheat hull pillow. Probably the same idea as the water, the hulls move around as needed. One drawback is it's heavy! I do bring it traveling with me, but of course I can't carry the suitcase if the pillow's in it...(sigh)
So what else is new?!

Cilly, you can go to a furniture store or a mattress store and test their pillows for comfort.
I found mine at a popular quality furniture store. I purchased a quality mattress too.
