Great Video. Keep doing what you're doing and please don't be discouraged by the swipes and criticism. I'm a fan and I will bet there are others.
I never heard of using glutathione as an antioxidant until that part about
VonWhoever his name was that you explained. . I hadn't read about
any ingredients. Acetyl L-carnitine had not been something I ever saw mentioned. Now I see Teitelbaum bring it up. It does look expensive to go all in. I wish our heath system functoined to heal, not to just try to cover up symptoms.
I also have loved your other video postings. Seeing the ATP and the electron transport chain videos helped me start thinking maybe I could get more into the mitochondrial details in my efforts to learn. ATP was such an easy video, I wish they were all that basic. (That is not a criticism!) i'm glad I had watched those 2 before the ROS lecture months later. In fact I found them and I watched them again after the ROS lecture, and eventually I even watched the ROS lecture again, if you can believe it. I can recommend viewing them in that order to anyone else here, because I think that helps. The ATP video first, it helps know why I need to watch the electron transport chain. And then the ROS goes together with knowing the "complexes" in the ETC.
